Concept : stimulating emotion through rhythm in nature
Stimulating people's emotion is my talking point when I do somthing. I want to share of my thinking as much as possible with people easily. Emotional and lyrical things have become my favorite after I was a elementary school student. I have loved classical music playing with wind and string instruments including Korean and Asian traditonal string instuments. I almost forgot that people's voice is most favorite music as well. Most people who live today are losing their composure to chase meterial prosperity. Excessive competition caused by being selfish and losing composure also. I want to help people feel comfortable when they watch my work even me. so, I want to research for my thesis's context through the nature. Nature is natural. Nature has circulation. The circulation is repeating. The repeating has rhythm. So, I want to motivate finding out rhythm in the nature.
I researchd for some parts that I feel rhythm like below images. They are parts of nature, architecture, part of art and design history including artists I like. I'm not sure that is correct way to approach to the contxst of my thesis. But I think it is starthing of knowing something new and important.
>> Nature
Layered mountains and liberal clouds of sky remind me to feel lyricism. When I make image through photoshop, they are important elements I like to boost emotion.
>> Organic body
Many underwater creatures have rhythm their surface like the shellfish. Frankly,
I don't feel any emotion of them. But they are one part of nature and their pattern is repeated organically, mathematically. So I think they could be the elements I look for.

>>Genetical algorithm
Sometimes, I find genetical, biological algorithm has a surprizingly beautiful shape.
I try to research of them more.
>> Painting(Ukiyoe)
Ukiyoe is eighteen-Centry Japnese traditional painting. They include nature especially, organic plants and elegant curves are elements of painting. They influenced to Art Nouveau. I don't like excessive decoration but, I like elegant curvs of brush stroke. so I attached 18C Japanese paintings.
The Old Plum, Edo period (1615–1868), ca. 1645
Suzuki Kiitsu (Japanese, 1796–1858)
Morning Glories, Edo period (1615–1868), 19th century
Katsushika Hokusai
The Great Wave off Kanagawa (Kanagawa oki nami ura), from the series "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji (Fugaku sanjûrokkei)"
Edo period, c. 1830 – 1831
>> Art Nouveau
Same reason of obove. I just like each curve of Art Nouveau not but excessive decoration.
